Tell me about your needsHow an engagement begins
We'll start with a conversation about your goals, priorities and communications needs. From there, Jasna Strategic will prepare a proposal outlining the agreed scope, responsibilities, deliverables, timeline and fee. Work begins once the engagement is approved.
The proposal also addresses the working cadence, meetings, stakeholder reviews, approval expectations, turnaround times, engagement term and requests outside the agreed scope where relevant. Outside production costs, specialized services and third-party expenses will be identified and addressed in the proposal.
