How we use your information

When you submit an inquiry, Jasna Strategic uses the information you provide to review your request, communicate with you about your project, prepare proposals and, where applicable, manage our business relationship.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use contact-form information for unrelated marketing campaigns or add you to a marketing mailing list without your consent.

We use Google Sheets to store and manage inquiries. Information may be processed by Google and other service providers as necessary to operate our website and communications systems.

How long we retain your information

Jasna Strategic retains inquiry information indefinitely to maintain records of prospective client communications, project discussions and business relationships, unless the information is deleted in response to an applicable legal requirement or an approved deletion request.

You may request deletion of your inquiry information by emailing info@jasnastrategic.com. We will review and respond to your request in accordance with applicable law and may retain information where necessary to comply with legal obligations or maintain legitimate business records.

Cookies and similar technologies

Jasna Strategic uses local browser storage to support contact-form functionality.

When you successfully submit an inquiry through our contact form, we store a first-party indicator in your browser to remember that an inquiry has already been submitted. This helps prevent accidental duplicate submissions and allows us to display a confirmation message when you return to the Contact page.

The indicator does not contain your name, email address, organization, inquiry message or other information entered into the form. It is stored locally in your browser and is not used to identify you across unrelated websites.

The indicator remains in your browser between visits unless you clear the relevant website data. Clearing it may allow the contact form to appear again, but it does not delete an inquiry previously submitted to Jasna Strategic.

The submission endpoint also uses a temporary request limit based on a hash of the requesting IP address to reduce repeated submissions. This is separate from the browser indicator.

A case study on the Work page includes a video embedded from YouTube using youtube-nocookie.com. Loading or playing that video connects your browser to YouTube, which may use its own cookies or similar technologies.

Website analytics

Analytics cookies are optional. Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics through our privacy banner. You can decline analytics or change your choice later using Cookie settings in the footer. Declining prevents further analytics collection.

We store your accepted or declined choice in local browser storage to remember your privacy preference between visits. This preference storage is not analytics tracking. If you clear it, we will ask again. Advertising consent remains denied.

Jasna Strategic uses Google Analytics 4 and related cookies and analytics technologies to understand how visitors use the website and improve it. Google processes usage information, including page visits and interactions such as clicking contact links or successfully submitting an inquiry.

We do not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, organizations, inquiry messages or other contact-form contents to Google Analytics. Analytics records website actions rather than the information you enter in the form.

Privacy requests

For questions about your information, requests for information about an inquiry or deletion requests, email info@jasnastrategic.com. We may need to reasonably verify your identity before responding. Requests are subject to applicable legal obligations and legitimate recordkeeping requirements.
